terrible attitude no apology
The attitude of one staff member was terrible. I told her at check-in that I had already paid. She charged my card again anyway! Two days later, she admitted her mistake, but she offered no apology and lied about our earlier conversation. This made me quite upset.

central location helpful staff friendly staff smart features working cooktop free breakfast
the location was central. the staff were helpful and friendly. emily made a basket with treats for our anniversary. she really went out of her way to help us, and i appreciated it.
the smart features did not work well. the cook top was not working so i could not cook food. they offered a free breakfast, but it did not make up for the cost of eating out.

great accommodation near the castle
equipped kitchenette perfect location friendly staff
The room had a fully equipped kitchenette, it was very useful for preparing quick meals (i used it to make breakfast every day). the hotel's location was perfect, it was easy to reach many attractions. the staff was friendly. Their assistance.

Acceptable stay with issues
faulty air conditioning unsatisfactory cleaning
The location was convenient for seeing the city (especially near the castle).
The room I had was not what I expected. The air conditioning turned on during the night, even after I turned it off. I found this quite disruptive to my sleep. cleaning was not thorough, with suspicious stains on the throw cushions.
